Prescription refills are available by calling, emailing, or faxing the request to Cayman Clinic. We request a 24-hour notice. If calling, please leave a message on the nurse’s mailbox.
The request for a refill must come from the patient but a friend or relative is able to collect it.
Expired medication can be disposed of by returning it to the pharmacy or Cayman Clinic.
It is important to note that prescription refills will only be given if the patient has visited Cayman Clinic within the past six months. The patient must also be up to date with all monitoring including labs. Certain conditions require in-office evaluation for the patient’s safety.
We ask that patients not phone from the pharmacy as we cannot interrupt the doctor when they are busy with another patient.
